Inclusive Facilities at Partnership
Lactation room & Baby changing
At Partnership Primary Care Centre we support breastfeeding. We welcome breastfeeding in public areas if necessary, such as our waiting area. However, for those mothers who would prefer to have privacy when breastfeeding, we have a breastfeeding room available. Please ask the reception to direct you to the lactation room.
If you have any breastfeeding worries or concerns, we advise that you speak with your midwife or health visitor. You can also click here for more information on the support that is available.
We also have a baby changing facility in our disabled toilet.
Disabled Access
We have easy access for wheelchair users and parents/carers with pushchairs and automatic doors which will open when people approach the main entrance.
We also have lowered counters in the middle of our reception space so practice staff are fully visible when speaking with all patients.
At Partnership, we also have a wheelchair available for use in the practice for patients who need one.
We have a disabled toilet available also.
Hearing difficulties
For patients who have hearing difficulties, please let our reception staff know and they will add an alert on your medical records. If needed, practice staff will personally collect you from the waiting room when you are called for your appointment. Alternatively, we offer a portable induction loop. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.
Parking for patients
We have parking available directly outside of the practice's main entrance. Patients can park here from 10:00 - 18:30 for up to 1 hour.
