Any comments or complaints?

We try to run a friendly and helpful surgery and if you have any ideas on ways in which our services might be improved, we would be happy to hear from you. If you have any complaints about our service please do not hesitate to let us know and we will try our best to help. We believe it is important to deal with complaints swiftly, so wherever possible you will be offered an appointment for a meeting to discuss the details within ten days of informing us of a complaint. You may bring a friend or a relative with you to the meeting. We will try to address your concerns and discuss any actions that may be needed. If you do wish to make a complaint, please initially telephone or write to our Practice Manager, Rashidul Hasan (tel: 020 7527 1750). If you still feel we have not dealt with the issues you have raised as you would wish, you can write to the Complaints Manager at Islington Primary Care Trust (see address below). The Primary Care Trust also operates a Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) which can often help resolve any problems before they become formal complaints.
